Quick Prototyping
      COMPONENTS ARE BUILT UP LAYER BY LAYER IN A PROCESS CHAMBER. THE SOLID COMPONENT IS CREATED BY BINDING EPOXY FILMS TOGETHER WITH A LASER BEAM, WHICH SUCCESSIVELY SCANS EACH LAYER OF THE CAD GENERATED GEOMETRY UNDER COMPUTER CONTROL. COMPLICATED SHAPES SUCH AS UNDERCUTS AND CURVED INTERNAL FORMS, EVEN IF THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO FORM WITH CONVENTIONAL TOOLING, CAN BE MANUFACTURED WITHOUT PROBLEM USING THIS METHOD.
